Upon receiving your order, we recommendinspecting the products immediately to ensure they meet your expectations,including quality and accuracy as described.

As a valued customer, you are entitled to consumer guarantees under the ACL for products or services purchased from Golden Stumps Sports. If a product is faulty, not of acceptable quality, does not match its description, or is unfit for its intended purpose, you may be eligible for a remedy. However, these guarantees do not apply to damage caused by abnormal use, misuse, or neglect.
For claims on faulty products, proof of purchase is required. This may include your receipt, credit card statement, or another acceptable form of proof. In some cases, we may need to send the item to the manufacturer for assessment. If the issue is minor, we will repair the product, replace it, or provide a refund within a reasonable timeframe. For major faults, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, as outlined by the ACL.
We reserve the right to decline a claim if the fault is due to misuse or neglect. Customers are responsible for any costs and risks associated with posting items for warranty claims. Golden Stumps Sports cannot refund products that are not received or are damaged during return transit.

The lifespan of a bat depends on its usage and maintenance. While higher-priced bats may deliver superior performance, they may not last as long due to their lighter, softer construction. Using protective measures like Extratec or toe guards can enhance durability.

Golden Stumps Sports guarantees its products against material and workmanship defects within the warranty periods below:

Exclusions from Warranty
Our warranty does not cover issues caused by:
• Improper maintenance or preparation of products (e.g., insufficient bat preparation).
• Exposure to water, heat, or moisture.
• Excessive or abnormal use, such as with bowling machine or non-leather balls.
• Over-oiling or damage from yorkers on bat toes.
• Regular wear and tear, surface scratches, dents, or scuff marks.
• Modifications, sticker or label removal, or unauthorized repairs.
How to Claim Under Warranty
Customers are responsible for costs related to making a warranty claim, including packaging and shipping. To initiate a claim, please provide:
